this presentation, the behaviors are going to be segmented into eight
types. -Self-realization and personal relations: thestress from these affect
one’s health. -Different amount of exercising and the skill of stress
management -Different amount of relaxation and sleep -Keeping regular
eating -Whether having special health care or not -Whether keeping a
hygienic life or not -Different extent of dietary control: The dietary
control is a behavior of eating mainly food that is easily digested, avoiding
eating spicy or strong-tasting food, snacks and overeating so that one can
enhance his or her health. -difference of standard of healthy diet : A
behavior ofintaking vegetable proteins and fiber much, and eating home-made dish
more than eating outside to enhance one’s health. b.College
students -Students who goes to universities and who are underUniversities do
not include the exceptional cases, such as academies for continuing
